Can’t say enough good things about this place!! House was plenty big, we had a group of 10 and everyone had their own space.. Lots of board games, ping pong and informational packets.. Outside was amazing!! We spent countless hours on The deck and dock jet skiing kayaking and fishing!! Had an extra slip to park our boat and a lift for the jetski! Sun rise and sunset were both breathtaking. Overall 10/10 .... I highly recommend !!

Everyone, this is the place to be. This listing has everything you could want or need and Tom is an extremely thoughtful host. We had a group of 9 and we were all very comfortable and our 3 couples had their own space and bathroom with no problems at all. The house feels like a vacation anywhere you are in it. From the fire pit, the deck on the water or the dock you feel like you’re enjoying the lake in every way you can, morning, afternoon and night. The dock has floaties, drink coozie’s, chairs, a refrigerator and even a paddle boat. We enjoyed everything that Tom made available to us. He even stopped by to drop extra propane tanks off for the grill. The home is extremely cozy, you can tell Tom and his family spent a lot of time and effort making this spot the gem that it is.
I can’t wait to come back, I only hope that it’s still available for rent when I return.

Guidelines & House Rules
Serious violation of any house rules will result in immediate vacating of premises, and loss of privileges without refund.
We hope you understand that the rules are not arduous, and are necessary for the safety of our guests and care of our neighbors. We live in an HOA neighborhood with rules to protect our elderly neighbors.
The subdivision has quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. Music at LOW volumes are OK after 11 pm.
There is a 5-car parking limit. Additional parking may be arranged, but requires advanced notice.
Sorry but No Pets! We love our pets too! But unfortunately, we have to consider the needs of our many guests. To keep the property allergy-friendly and doo-doo free, we do not allow pets on the premises.
NO Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, keg parties, and beer pong weekends. This property is intended SOLELY for the purpose of family fun !! This property is NOT suitable for hard-party groups.
This is a non-smoking residence. We ONLY allow smoking and vaping in the patio and firepit areas. This is FIRM. NO SMOKING in the house or on the decks and dock area. Any cigarette butts found discarded on the grounds will be an additional $500 cleaning fee. This is a very serious issue that greatly affects the joy and quality of our guest experience.
No ice chests or coolers are allowed inside the home, for any reason. ALL coolers and ice chests MUST remain outside on the decks or patios. Coolers and ice chests are the #1 cause of floor damage and water damage in the home. We provide deep freezers & refrigerators in the home and at the dock for your use.
For infants, we are ok with pack-and-plays. Please put blankets underneath - blankets are provided here.
