The home sits on a 1/2 acre lot at the end of Gahring Point, in the heart of The North Shore. The properties along Welsh Road sit between the main channel of the lake and Lotell Hollow Cove, which is a very large cove, having 2 full service marinas and fantastic water for tubing, water skiing and fun. You are at the center of everything you need to have fun on the water!

Our Bedrooms

We have remodeled all 5 bedrooms with a single purpose - combine tranquility with a clean, peaceful space and a great mattress!

3 king bedrooms suites, one queen and a double-bunk kid room (or young adult). One of the king suites has twin adjustable platforms, in case any guest is in need of a power adjustable bed arrangement.

Bathrooms & Laundry

We have redesigned and remodeled all 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are fully handicap accessible. They are well equipped, with no-step and zero-threshold showers. Not annoying, but quite beautifully remodeled to accommodate the needs of the elderly, or the disabled. If you have anyone in your family in need of such facilities, this is the home for you. And if not, you will still enjoy the spa-like bathroom features and spacious designs. See photos.

Our laundry room has a newer washer and dryer with ample storage and a small deep freezer.

Kitchen & Dining

We provide a FULLY stocked kitchen service for 16 persons, including all the dishes, cups, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, slow cookers and roasters that you will need. We even offer extra kids cups, baby bottles, and service for infants/toddlers in case you forget something. Our mission is to make sure you have what you need -- no stress, just show up and enjoy the home.

We have a fully stocked COFFEE bar with Keurig, drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. Yup, we also have a nice selection of coffees and hot tea for you to enjoy.

The great room dining hall has a 9 foot table, that seats 10-12 persons with overflow at the kitchen bar or small family room table.

Our "family room" (living room/sunroom) is 14 ft x 40 ft, with power reclining couches, love seat and chair. We also have 2 over-sized rocking chairs, and a puzzle/game table. Open the blinds for a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire main channel. You are literally front row for the June boat races. On

Yard / Dock / Boats

Outdoors - Yard and Dock
You have full access to the entire property including 165 ft of waterfront at the end of a point overlooking the main channel. The great outdoor living space includes premium seating, tables, tiki torches, and grill. You will enjoy great evenings at the water's edge.

You may tie up your boat in the 24 x 10 ft or the 36 x 12 ft slip if you wish ... but remember to bring extra large bumpers for protection of your water craft. Note: we assume no liability for damage to your water craft because we are on the main channel and large waves are common.
