How do I book a reservation? Options?

You may use the "Book Now" link to send you over to our AirBnB site .... OR .... if AirBnB is not convenient/possible for you, you may call us to manually book a reservation with your credit card. Note: a manual reservation requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, and a 5 night minimum stay.

Check-In Hours ... Early Check-In Available?

Is Wi-Fi included? What about TV's and Gaming?

Check-in starts at 2 PM on your first day, and you may arrive as late as 11 pm. We do ask that you arrive prior to 11 pm out of respect for the quiet hours and the neighbors. Early check-in may be possible depending on the prior group's time and date of departure. Please call or email us with your special requests.

Yes, you will enjoy complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. We have Smart TV's in every bedroom EXCEPT for the childrens' bunk bed room. There is also a TV in the Game Room for the kids if you want to bring YOUR OWN Play Station or X-Box .... we do not offer the gaming systems, just a TV to hook up to. This sometimes works well for movie nights, while adults are sitting outside in the patio or fire pit areas.

Gas and Charcoal Grills Available?

Yes, you will find a well maintained Blackstone grill, and grates that fit over the fire pit, if you want to cook with a charcoal fire. We do not offer a wood smoker or conventional gas flame grill, due to fire hazard and insurance purposes.

Game Room Features?

Our 3-season game room is 15 x 30 ft, where you will find a ping pong table, small poker/game table, futon seating, storage cabinets with toys and a food service bar with stools. Also makes for a great, bug-free closed in room to serve food all day long ....
